How to Order
Many of our items currently available can be purchased via our Etsy Store
If you do not see the item you are interested in there or would like to custom order please email
Payment
We accept payments through Pay Pal, as well as check or money order drawn on a US bank only.
Shipping Times
In stock items ordered will usually be sent via US postal service within 3 working days of receiving confirmed payment, unless otherwise notified.
For custom orders allow two to four weeks whenever possible.
Please note that overseas orders may incur duty and tax when going through customs and payment of these fees are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
Returns must be sent back within three working days after receipt of the item by you.
Notice via email that the item is being returned should be given within that time or the returned item may not be accepted.
There are no returns on any custom orders or items that have been altered either by us (at your request) or by you.
All items must be returned in the condition they were sent; any signs of wear, use, or smoke smell etc. are unacceptable and non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the safe return of items. We would strongly suggest they be sent with tracking and possibly insurance on high value items as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage while in transit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom Orders
Many of our items can be custom ordered in a different size or fabric.
